Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer):
You can pay for your order by bank transfer according to the invoice received by email from our manager, at any bank branch, from your bank account, or through Privat24. Please note that the bank may charge an additional fee for wire transfers. To get the payment invoice, please contact our manager.
Payment is considered complete upon receipt of the full order amount to the settlement account of the company LLC "Pozharka".
Card Payment (Visa and MasterCard):
During the order process, you can pay online or at a terminal located directly in our office.
Card payments are processed through PJSC "ALFA-BANK"
Return or Exchange of Goods, Warranty Obligations
To return the goods, you need to register your online return on the website.
Please log in to your account using your email address and the original order number.
(In the case of a legal entity, you need to write a letter for a refund and provide the "Return Invoice")
According to the law, goods of appropriate quality can be returned within 14 days.
Return conditions:
- It is not on the list of items that are not subject to exchange and return;
- It has not been used and is in the condition in which it was purchased;
- Less than 14 days have passed since the purchase of the goods;
- A cash receipt or expense invoice is available.
You can send the return by SAT or Nova Poshta:
Return by SAT:
- Shipping cost according to SAT courier service rates.

- When the return arrives at our warehouse, our manager will contact you that the goods have been accepted for return.
Return by Nova Poshta:
- Shipping cost according to Nova Poshta courier service rates.
- For mailing, specify: recipient – Pozharka LLC, Kyiv, warehouse No.2, declaration phone – 0930929596
- When the return arrives at our warehouse, our manager will contact you that the goods have been accepted for return.
Attention: if the recipient's data is specified incorrectly, we cannot guarantee the delivery of the postal item to our warehouse. Also, please inform your manager of the declaration number by phone.
After receiving the goods at our warehouse, a refund is made within 10 days, which is carried out by wire transfer to your account.
Warranty for the goods is provided for a period of 2 weeks to 12 months. We emphasize that checking completeness and the absence of defects in the goods is necessary upon receipt.
