The management of this website https://firecontrol.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") is carried out by LLC "POZHARKA", EDRPOU code 42994155, a legal entity registered and operating in accordance with the laws of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
The Company respects the confidentiality (personal) information of all individuals who have visited the Site, as well as those who use the services provided by the Site; therefore, the Company seeks to protect the confidentiality of personal data (information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified), thereby creating and ensuring the most comfortable conditions for using the Site's services for each user.
This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") establishes the procedure for the Company's processing of personal data, the types of personal data collected, the purposes of using such personal data, the interaction of the Company with third parties, security measures for the protection of personal data, conditions of access to personal data, as well as contact information for the user to obtain access, make changes, block, or delete their personal data and address any questions that may arise regarding the practice of protecting personal data.
Collection and Use of Personal Data
The owner and administrator of the personal data of Site users is LLC "POZHARKA".
When a user uses the Site's services, the Company processes user data, namely: data provided by the user when filling out registration forms and when using services; cookies; IP addresses; parameters and settings of internet browsers (User-agent).
The Company collects only those personal data (such as your name, email address, contact phone number, date of birth, gender, etc.) that are consciously and voluntarily provided by you as a subject of personal data for the purpose of using the Site's services, which, according to the requirements of the law, is the consent of the subject of personal data to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the purpose of their processing formulated in this Policy.

Processing of Personal Data
Processing and storage of the provided personal data are carried out in data centers where the equipment ensuring the functioning of the Site's services is located. The provided personal data are processed and may be stored in the Database of Personal Data or a separate table of the Site's Database.
Purposes of Using Personal Data
Your personal data is used for the purpose of providing Internet services of the Site, exchanging information/news, relations in the field of advertising and communication accordingly, and to comply with the laws of Ukraine, including but not limited to: "On Personal Data Protection," "On Ratification of the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data and its Additional Protocol regarding supervisory authorities and transborder data flows," "On Information," "On Advertising," "On Telecommunications," "On Protection of Information in Information and Telecommunication Systems," as well as according to the Rules of using the site and other acts regulating the activities of the Company.

Terms of Access to Personal Data
The procedure for accessing the personal data of third parties is determined by the terms of the user's consent given to the owner of personal data for the processing of such data or in accordance with legal requirements.
The user has the right to receive any information about themselves from any subject of relations related to personal data, provided the user specifies their last name, first name, patronymic, place of residence (stay), and details of the document identifying the individual submitting the request, except as provided by law.
Access by the user to data about themselves is free of charge.
Deferment of user access to their personal data is not allowed.
Deferment of access to the personal data of third parties is allowed if the necessary data cannot be provided within thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request. In this case, the total resolution period for issues raised in the request cannot exceed forty-five calendar days.
Notification of the deferment is communicated to the attention of the third party who submitted the request in writing, explaining the procedure for appealing such a decision.
Decisions on deferment or refusal of access to personal data can be appealed to the Authorized Representative of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights or the court.
Rights of the Data Subject
The Company informs you about your rights as a data subject regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection," namely:
- To know the sources of collection, the location of your personal data, the purpose of their processing, the location or place of residence (stay) of the owner or controller of personal data, or to give the relevant authorization for obtaining this information by authorized persons, except as provided by law;
- To receive information about the terms of providing access to personal data, in particular, information about third parties to whom their personal data is transferred;
- To have access to your personal data;
- To receive, no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except as provided by law, a response regarding the processing of their personal data, as well as receive the content of such personal data;
- To present a motivated demand to the owner of personal data with objections to the processing of their personal data;
- To present a motivated demand for the change or destruction of their personal data by any owner and processor of personal data if this data is processed illegally or is inaccurate;
- To protect their personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, non-provision, or untimely provision of information, as well as protection from the provision of information that is inaccurate or disgraces the honor, dignity, and business reputation of an individual;
- To file complaints about the processing of their personal data with the Authorized Representative of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights or the court;
- To apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on personal data protection;
- To make reservations regarding the limitation of the right to process their personal data when giving consent;
- To withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
- To know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
- To protect against automated decisions that have legal consequences for them.

This Policy may be periodically amended without prior notice to the user, including when legal requirements change.
